Keeping your details up to date

Please tell us when your phone number, address, Medicare card or emergency contact changes. You can do this at reception or when you call. Current details help us reach you about appointments, results and reminders.

Sending a general enquiry

If you contact us with a general enquiry — by phone or in writing — include your name, a phone number we can reach you on, and a short note about what you need.

Please do not include medical details or symptoms in a message. For health questions, book an appointment instead. Never use a message for anything urgent — call us during opening hours, or see after hours and emergencies when we are closed. In an emergency, call 000.

If you can’t get through by phone

Phone lines can be busy at times. If you can’t get through, please try again a little later, or visit us at the practice during opening hours.
